Seed19 ("we", "us", or "our") operates seed19.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using our site you agree to this policy.

1. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Email address — when you submit your email via our waitlist form.
• Device and browser data — automatically collected via the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising technology). This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and browsing activity on this site.
• Usage data — standard server logs including page requests, timestamps, and referring URLs. This is collected anonymously for site performance monitoring.

2. How we use your data

Your email address is used for:

• Adding you to our early-access waitlist.
• Notifying you when Seed19 launches.
• Sending you an exclusive early-adopter discount at launch, automatically applied to your account because of your waitlist registration — no code needed.
• Occasional product updates relevant to Seed19's development (infrequent, no spam).

Device and browser data collected via the Meta Pixel is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to allow Meta to show our ads to people likely to be interested in Seed19.

3. Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel (a piece of JavaScript code) on this site. When you visit, the Meta Pixel places a cookie in your browser and sends data about your visit to Meta Platforms, Inc. This data is used to attribute ad performance and may be used by Meta to build advertising audiences.

You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising purposes at any time by visiting facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
