These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of seed19.com (the "Site"), operated by Seed19. By accessing this Site or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The waitlist
By submitting your email address to the Seed19 waitlist, you are expressing interest in the product. This is not a purchase, pre-order, or binding commitment of any kind. We do not charge you anything for joining the waitlist. We are under no obligation to launch the product or to provide you with access.
Waitlist registration does not guarantee access to Seed19 at launch, though we intend to open access to registrants first.
2. Early-adopter discount
Waitlist registrants will be eligible for an exclusive early-adopter discount when Seed19 launches. The exact discount amount, duration, and terms will be communicated at or before launch. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the early-adopter discount at any time before launch. Eligibility is tied to your email registration — no separate code will be required.
3. Email communications
By submitting your email, you consent to receiving email communications from Seed19 related to the product, including launch announcements, product updates, and your early-adopter discount. These communications will be infrequent. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
You agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will not submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including a false email address).
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Seed19 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
6. No guarantees on launch
Seed19 is a product under active development. We make no representations or warranties that the product will launch on any particular date, at any particular price, or with any particular features. We reserve the right to change, delay, or discontinue the product at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
This Site is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed19 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — this Site or the waitlist service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
